The Professional Career Center has been approved (Provider ID: 1400283) to offer the mandatory Mortgage Loan Originator course required under the SAFE Act of 2008.

The course has been approved by the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as Course Number 1322. The textbook, Mortgage Lending Principles and Practices (Hondros Learning, 2009) and its New York Supplement are included in the fee of $399.

To receive NMLS credit for this course, students must provide their NMLS Student ID number. If you do not have this ID, follow this link: NMLS and click on "Getting Started" in the box labeled "Mortgage Loan Originators."

To register for the class, click on "Application" in the menu at left; print the application; and mail with your $100 deposit at least 14 days in advance of the class. Late registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
