We cover the fundamentals of the real estate profession to ensure you fulfill the 75-hour curriculum requirement in New York. Virtual/Zoom attendees must use a device equipped with a camera and remain visible for instruction portions of the class to satisfy NYS DOS requirements. Students are responsible for meeting NYS DOS Division of Licensing Services attendance requirements. Seating is limited for both in-person and virtual classroom.
