75 Hour Real Estate Salesperson Hyrid Schedule
40 Hours Classroom/35 Hours Online
First Session: March 19, 2018 Monday (8:30-5:00)
Course Schedule: March 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 2018 (5 Sessions Monday-Friday) Students are required to complete the remaining 35 Hours Online on their own schedule. After completion of both the 40 hours classroom and 35 hours online students will schedule the required exam at our location.
This 75 Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course features a hybrid schedule allowing those with limitied availability to benefit from the classroom experience while utilizing the convenience of online/distance learning. A portion of the NYS required education will be completed in the classroom (Module 1) and a portion will be completed online (Module 2). Module 2 can be completed after the first classroom session or within 6 months of the first day of the classroom portion.
Students are responsible for meeting the attendance requirement and passing the required course examination and licensing exam. Seats subject to availability.
