Topic covered include: Design, Features and Marketability, Property complaince issues, Property Rights, Income vs. Rent, Operating Expenses, Rent and Income Multipliers, Estimating Market Level Rent, Vacancy, and Collection Losses. Discussion regarding Income, Sales Comparison and Cost approaches to establishing value are included. This course will help the real estate professional develop additional skills in preparing a Market Analysis for either multi or single family homes. This is meaningful continuing education.
