R5 Basic Appraisal Principles January 4 – 7, 2022

It is impossible to replicate the rich learning experience of the classroom through a Online program and a computer screen.  The Professional Career Center has been training New York Appraisers & Assessors in our classroom for over 25 years at the same Syracuse, New York location.   The ability to ask questions and participate in classroom discussions can not be replicated through email or chat.  Our instructors are experienced New York licensed Appraisers.  They use their real life experiences (in New York Appraisal) to bring the curriculum alive for better understanding and a livelier presentation.  Many online programs feature experienced instructors…in most cases,  that experience wasn’t from  practice in New York.

Register below.  You will be invoiced 1-2 business days after registration.  You can also register by phone 315.432.1045 Tuesday thru Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, or in person at the school.  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, or pay with PayPal Credit and take 6 months to pay with no interest.  Click here for details on PayPal Credit No Interest 6 Months Offer.    Seating is limited for both in-person and live stream.  Seats are reserved upon receipt of payment.
