Professional Career Center offers a New York State-approved 77-hour Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course designed for students who want structured, interactive instruction, the opportunity to ask questions, and support from experienced instructors.
This course is offered exclusively in person at our Syracuse training center.
Of the 18 seats available for our October class, only 4 remain. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after payment and the completed registration form have both been received.

Attendance Requirement: New York State licensing requirements require students to attend at least 90% of the approved 77-hour course.

One straightforward tuition price includes your classroom instruction and printed 600-page course textbook.
Syracuse Classroom
Attend the complete 77-hour New York Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course in person at Professional Career Center in Syracuse.
Receive live instruction from experienced instructors with the opportunity to ask questions and participate throughout the course.
Your printed 600-page course textbook is included with tuition and will be provided at the school.

Considering an Additional January 2027 Class
Due to continued interest and requests from prospective students, Professional Career Center is considering offering an additional in-person Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course in January 2027. A January class has not yet been scheduled or confirmed.
