Professional Career Center offers a New York State approved real estate licensing course in Syracuse NY designed for students who want a structured interactive classroom experience with live instruction, local support, and the flexibility to attend either in person or by live stream. Students who complete this 77-hour course will be eligible to sit for the New York State real estate licensing exam.

Professional Career Center offers a New York State-approved 77-hour Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course designed for students who want structured, interactive instruction, the opportunity to ask questions, and support from experienced instructors.
Our Last Scheduled In-Person Classroom Course
The October 5–16, 2026 course will be the final scheduled in-person real estate licensing class at our Syracuse location.
Students who want the traditional classroom experience are encouraged to reserve a seat while space remains available.
Classroom seating is limited and reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after payment and the completed registration form have both been received.

Attendance Requirement: New York State licensing law requires students to attend at least 90% of the approved 77-hour course.
