The Professional Career Center offers licensing and continuing education courses for real estate salespersons, brokers and appraisers. On this site you should find all the information you need. Just click on the appropriate topic in the menu to the left.

Our goal is to make your learning experience professionally rewarding and personally enjoyable. We're proud that more than 95 percent of our students say that they feel welcome at our facility and that our courses deliver value in terms of both time and money.

The Professional Career Center's courses are approved by New York State. We closely monitor standards and licensing requirements to ensure you receive current and comprehensive training.

Appraisal and Real Estate Qualifying courses are approved by the Veterans Administration for educational benefits under the G.I. Bill.

SCHEDULE UPDATES:

Complete two-week Salesperson Course (segments A, B & C) offered July 28-August 7. Our "segmented" approach provides flexibility so you can arrange 75-hour Salesperson Qualifying classes to meet your requirements.
