The Professional Career Center offers licensing and continuing education courses for real estate salespersons, brokers, appraisers and mortgage loan originators. On this site you should find all the information you need. Just click on the appropriate topic in the menu to the left.

The Professional Career Center's courses are approved by New York State. We closely monitor standards and licensing requirements to ensure you receive current and comprehensive training.

MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS: The Professional Career Center is an approved NMLS provider (ID #1400283). Through partners we offer the qualifying 20-Hour NY SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Course and continuing education on line. Click here for details.

Appraisal and Real Estate Qualifying courses are approved by the Veterans Administration for educational benefits under the G.I. Bill.
