Pursuant to NYS Regulations Appraisal Qualifying Courses require a paper/written test to receive credit.  We have a number of  Division of Licensing approved proctoring locations across New York.

  Continuing Education Course taken Online require passing a test/quiz to receive credit. NYS does NOT require a test/quiz to receive credit for                        Continuing Education Courses taken in classroom environment (in-person or live steam).
