Cancellation received 14 days prior to course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the course start date will be subject to a 25 percent refund processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of course start date will receive a school credit for a future class (valid for one year), minus a 25 percent refund processing fee. NO SHOWS forfeit entire tuition.

Requirements for NYS Real Estate Salesperson License

    • 18 years of age
    • Legal right to work in the United States
    • Successfully complete a 77 Hour prelicensing course approved by NY Department of State Division of Licensing Services
    • Pass the state’s licensing examination and pay the state licensing fee $55/2 years.
    • Have a sponsoring broker BEFORE the state will issue a license.  You do NOT need a sponsoring broker before you take the course or the state licensing examination.
