The Last Classroom Real Estate Licensing Class at Professional Career Center

After more than 35 years of helping students begin careers in real estate, Professional Career Center will offer its final classroom licensing course from October 5 through October 16, 2026.
This is the last opportunity to complete our New York State real estate salesperson licensing course through traditional, face-to-face classroom instruction at our Syracuse location.
The special price is limited to the first seven qualifying classroom registrations and ends August 14, 2026, unless the seven seats are reserved sooner.

Online learning offers flexibility, but many students learn more effectively when they can ask questions, participate in discussions, hear real-world examples and maintain a structured daily schedule.
Our classroom course combines the required New York State curriculum with live instruction from experienced real estate professionals. Students also receive a comprehensive printed textbook for use during the course and while preparing for the licensing examination.

Professional Career Center will continue serving the community through its testing center and other educational services. However, this October course will mark the conclusion of our classroom real estate licensing program.
